We paid 40K per person for a day pass. The gym had a wide choice of equipment, everything you need for a good workout. The gym is slightly dated and old, in need of a good clean.

Great gym for $10/mo It has all of basic equipment for bench press, squads, preacher curls etc and plenty of machines. If you need just a gym for workout and you don’t care about fancy Instagram stuff, this it’s really good. Equipment is not new but pretty functional and in good conditions. Punching bag is soft (other gyms have very hard bags) No AC, better to go during the evening. Open everyday till 8pm. 1 day it cost $1.2.

Worst gym I’ve been to in all of Asia/ Oceania so far! Filthiest gym I have been (and I usually like the old school/ bit grubby vibes) this is on another level, everything you touch your hands just get filthy. Secondly, first gym I have ever been to that doesn’t have anything heavier than 10kg plates! No 15kg / 20kg plates / No 20kg bars. No AC and it’s basically I big tin shed so gets extremely hot, even at 9am which is when I went. Only positive is they do cheap weekly passes at 90k I wouldn’t pay 40k for the day pass when you have better gyms in the area for same price “Naomi gym”

Have trained here twice in my stay at Danang, can be a little tricky to find if you’re not paying attention but look out for the sign. Really good location and extremely good price (day pass 40k). They also offer Whey by the scoop (30k) which is perfect if you’re travelling or otherwise can’t commit to a full container of protein, friendly staff! The gym is rather quiet with mostly locals visiting, has an old school vibe in the best way, awesome graffiti style art and motivational depictions on the walls. In terms of the facilities, it has everything you need to get a good workout, whether that be cardio or bodybuilding they have everything you need. The only complaint for the facilities is that the adjustable bench is a little old and rickety, but usable, machines are a bit dated but again, very usable with adequate weight there, and sometimes it’s hard to read some labels and find some dumbells as it’s rare they are correctly racked. Note that the free weight plates only go to 10kg but that’s fine, there’s plenty of them there to load up, I also suspect the barbell bar is a bit light. I will say though it is HOT in there and although I am not much of a sweater usually in Australia in the usual AC blasted gyms, I really sweat it out here so be respectful and bring a towel and adjust your expectations for your energy exertion as if you try PBs here you will QUICKLY fatigue. They have fans but unsure if they have AC. Now the reason is doesn’t get 5 stars all things is considered is that it could really do with a proper deep clean and vacuum, and if it did, with a little bit of updating it could really be a 5 star niche budget gym here in Danang! If you’re not prissy about your workout spot, and you want to train hard, this is where you should go.
